We use highly automated systems. You will receive a monthly financial statement showing monies collected and disbursements that may have occurred. We also provide year-end reporting and custom reports. Reports are accessed through your owner portal.

Mid-term Inspections

Every 6 to 12 months we make a thorough 178 point inspection of the property inside and outside. We take pictures, keep them on file and send them to you along with the inspection checklist. (optional)

Move in and Move out Inspections

We do thorough 178 point move-in move-out inspections. We take lots of pictures and keep them on file along with the thorough move-in checklist.

Rent Collections

We provide your tenant a tenant portal they can use to pay rent online each month. Our tenants find this to be very convenient and it helps with keeping your rent paid on time.

24 Hour Emergency Line

Blue Key has a 24 hour emergency line that is available for tenant use in the rare case that an after-hours maintenance emergency occurs.

Evictions and Collections

We have a very low eviction rate and can typically get issues worked out with renters before we have to evict. We have your best interest in mind and move quickly to get things resolved. We work with attorneys to handle your case.
